Wire alignment tools

Uses:
Electric Micrometers provide accurate readings on tight wire. They are used together with Wire Alignment Brackets.

Specifications:
Head set features volume control for distinct contact tone. Set is adjustable from 3 ½” to 12” with adaptor for ½” stainless steel tubing extensions from 12” and longer.

Uses:
For fast and accurate setup for wire alignment readings on casings, shells, packing and diaphragms in turbine assembly. Brackets have adjustments for elevation and left/right movement. Wire alignment brackets are used together with Electric Micrometers.

Uses:
This weight is to be used with a tight wire recommended by the alignment chart supplied by the turbine manufacturer.  

Specifications:
The Weight is manufactured to a length where it will not hit any of the turbine component parts.  Weight accuracy is within .010 of a pound.  Weight is 30 lbs.

Tight wire has high tensile strength and a high resistance to fatigue.  It is stainless steel with a .016" diameter.  Coil is 1400 feet long.
